Volunteer Information

We will need many volunteers to help make the performance run smoothly. We recommend volunteering for one show and watching the other.

All volunteers must be present for the dress and tech rehearsal on June 19.

Volunteer Positions Needed

Pre-Ballet and Junior Backstage Volunteers — 5 volunteers
Help backstage with Pre-Ballet and Junior students, including makeup, bathroom breaks, hair, lining up, and making sure dancers are ready to go on stage.

Back Curtain Volunteers and Backstage Managers — 2 volunteers
One volunteer will be placed on each side of the stage. Volunteers will communicate by walkie-talkie to confirm dancers are ready and in position. Stage Left will also help manage the curtains.

Backstage Props and Side Door Volunteers — 2 volunteers
Help move and prepare sets, manage props, and close side doors after dancers enter the stage to prevent light from leaking onto the stage.

Video Volunteers — 2 volunteers
One volunteer will film from the side and one from the front. Cameras will be provided.

Door, Flower, and Water Representatives — 2 volunteers
Help sell roses and water, manage theatre doors, and make sure no one enters or exits while dances are being performed.

Lighting Booth Volunteers — 2 volunteers
One volunteer will assist with lighting. Notes and instructions will be provided during the June 19 tech rehearsal. One volunteer will help manage the projector and assist Constanza with music.

Please send us a message below and confirm which volunteer position you would like to take during the performance.
