Artistic Director - Constanza Aguirre Hayes

Constanza Aguirre Hayes, born in Resistencia Chaco, Argentina, began her dance training early and earned a full scholarship to Teatro Colón in 2003, studying under the esteemed Lidia Segni. She completed her Master of Classical Dance in 2007 and later received a Contemporary Dance Bachelor Diploma from the Ballet Contemporary Institute of San Martín. Over her 15-year dance education, Constanza trained in classical and contemporary techniques including Graham, Laban, Flying Low, and more. She danced professionally for 11 years with Ballet Centro del Conocimiento, performing lead roles in Spartacus, Don Quixote, and Giselle. An accomplished choreographer and teacher, she has worked internationally with organizations such as Grupo Corpo, Netherlands Dance Theatre, and Promodança. Now based in Prince George, Canada, Constanza is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of dancers.

Ballet Master - Miguel Nguyen
Miguel Nguyen, born in Abbotsford, BC, began dancing at a young age, training in hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, and ballet at schools including the National Ballet School of Canada and Goh Ballet. He earned international recognition early, winning gold and silver medals at the IDO in Norway and placing first at YAGP Orlando with a self-choreographed solo. Miguel trained with Goh Ballet, National Ballet of Canada and Orlando Ballet II. Miguel earned his first soloist contract with State Ballet of Georgia in 2010 and performed works by major choreographers from Balachine to Ratmansky and others. He later performed across North and South America, including seven years as Principal Dancer at Ballet Centro del Conocimiento. Miguel has judged international competitions, competed in Helsinki and Seoul, worked as an arts advisor for BC Arts Council and served as Artistic Director of Pro Arte in North Vancouver. Now based in Prince George, he teaches at Northern Institute of Dance, where he is passionate about mentoring the next generation of dancers.
