Adult Stretch Class

Looking for a way to relax and release stress? Join our adult stretch classes at the Northern Institute of Dance. You will learn various dancer stretches that can help alleviate tension in your body. The classes are held on Fridays from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. 

We understand that everyone's body is unique, which is why we offer modified stretches to adjust the intensity of the class based on individual needs. The drop-in fee is $22.50, and booking a class is easy. Simply click "add to cart," complete the checkout process, and our team will send you a confirmation email.
