Aerobic Dance Class

Are you looking for a low-impact, high-energy cardio workout perfect for adults? Aerobic dance is the perfect exercise for you! Combining an easy-to-follow dance routine with motivating music, it’s an exercise that offers a total body workout and countless health benefits. Not only can Aerobic dance help you burn calories and improve your health, but it can also help build stamina, coordination, and muscle tone!

Drop-ins are welcome and are $22.50 to participate.
